Edward (Doc) Louviere and wife Pat are the founders and coordinators of this outstanding ministry of helps.  They reach out beyond church walls into neighborhoods, prisons, and nations taking the gospel message and demonstrating the love of Christ to thousands of desperate and needy people.  The theme of this ministry is based on Mark 16:15 (KJV) And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
