Victory Outreach Program
The youths are our future. Many are getting caught by the snares of the world rather than the life Jesus provides. Troubled teens are often placed in boot camps to separate them from their normal surroundings and to train them with new skills to handle their problems. Circuit Rider provides an alternative program. In cooperation with Victory Home, the Mission Headquarter in Rio Grande City, Texas will be providing an environment away from the trappings of drugs, gangs and temptation. The building program for Mission Headquarter includes a recreational pool room for the youth.
